In that room, I heard that the place I left was a time machine of some kind, and there was an expedition going to head out to find it. Looking around the room, I saw a bunch of people I recognized in the room, and more than a couple of dark people that shouldn't be in the room, and I knew they couldn't find the room. So, starting in the courtyard, I ran back through the sewer, jumping through the obstacles, like I was in some kind of a game show. I got just ahead of some of the people, and locked the fancy door behind me, as others were banging on it asking to be let in. I felt guilty about it, but couldn't open the door, knowing it to be a bvad idea. I looked around, and the room looked like a library. There were open books on the tables, and coffee that was still warm, despite this place being hidden. I found a book that looked out of place and it opened the hidden door. Going inside, I stepped into the room and closed the door behind me. I activated the machine, and hopped in just in time for the door to be forced opened. The time machine was broken not long after. I ended up in a different area of the world, much a few hundred years earlier, which turned out to be around present time, and it was only after jumping back that I remembered how I woke up in the room, and how much time I had to set things right.
